April sunshine, skillful stickwork & a touch of club history made for a weekend to remember!
2014 Boys (U11):
Bridgefield was buzzing as both U11 teams welcomed Ballinteer St. John's and Erin's Isle for a festival of hurling. Our lads faced strong opposition but gave it their all. Special shoutout to those hurlers who doubled up across both matches – you legends!
2016 Boys (U9):
Three venues, three opponents – Craobh Chiarain, Erin Go Bragh, and Castleknock. Competitive edge all morning with a lovely moment of sportsmanship from Craobh Chiarain to one of our injured players. Respect where it’s due.
2017 Boys (U8):
Sunshine and sliotars galore. Pod 1 battled Naomh Barrog away in St Anne’s, while Pod 3 held down the fort at home against St Brigid's. Pod 2 had a bye but turned out in support – pure class. Great skills on show and serious team spirit.
2015 Boys (U10):
Two cracking performances – one at home against Thomas Davis and one away to Trinity Gaels. The new Danann Air-sponsored training tops definitely brought a boost! Great resilience and development on display.
2015 Girls (U10):
Double delight – a home fixture vs. Thomas Davis (a brilliant visiting club!) and a gorgeous away day in St Anne’s park taking on Clontarf. Plenty of fun in the sun and smiles all round.
HISTORY MADE – CAMOGIE FÉILE AT SYLS!
Goosebumps moment alert.
A proud milestone as St. Sylvester's hosted the Camogie Féile – the first time ever. The Syls team gave it socks, winning one and battling bravely in two tough games.
Well done to every single player, mentor, and volunteer who made it happen. History doesn’t make itself – you did that.
Go enjoy every minute. We’re so proud of you all. Syls Abú 🔵💚💙🟢
